1. Order Processing
We will arrange shipment after payment confirmation.
Customized products are excluded from regular shipping rules, and the delivery time will be notified separately according to the production schedule.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time
We provide international shipping to Japan.
Standard Shipping: Shipment will commence within 7 working days after order placement, and goods are generally delivered within 15 working days.
Delivery may be delayed due to order surges, bad weather or customs inspection, which is beyond our control. Delivery to remote areas of Japan may take an extra 2‑3 days.

3. Shipping Fee
Free standard shipping: Orders total over 16000 JPY
Standard shipping rate: 1000 JPY
Additional surcharges may apply for remote regions in Japan.
Customized products are not eligible for free shipping promotion.

4. Packaging Standard
Jade jewelry is fragile. All products are wrapped with bubble wrap and packed in sturdy cartons to avoid damage during transit. Minor scratches caused by long‑distance delivery will not be regarded as product defects.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All import duties, consumption taxes and customs clearance fees shall be borne by the buyer. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. Please check local relevant regulations in advance.

6. Tracking Information
After shipment, we will send the tracking number to your registered email. You can check delivery status online anytime.

7. Loss & Damage Handling
If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect items received, please take clear photos of the package and items within **7 days upon receipt** and contact customer service. We will arrange reshipment or full refund after verification.
If the parcel is lost in transit, we will follow up with the logistics provider. Once loss is confirmed, we will resend the goods or process a full refund free of charge.
Failed delivery caused by incorrect address, invalid contact or long absence shall be the buyer's responsibility.

8. Law Application
This shipping policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
