1. Return Period You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your package. Requests beyond the time limit will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions All returned products must be kept in the same condition as received, unused and unworn with original tags and original packaging intact. Purchase receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Jewelry, jade and personalized customized products cannot be returned or exchanged after being worn. Products damaged by improper use, artificial scratch or self‑modification are excluded from return service.
3. Shipping Fee Rule For voluntary return (you change your mind / dislike the item): The customer shall bear all return shipping fees. For our mistakes (wrong item, defective product, damaged during delivery): We cover all related shipping costs.
4. Refund Timeline After we receive and check the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment account in 7 working days. The arrival time depends on your payment provider.
5. How to Start a Return Contact our customer support via email：dongyingzhenxuan@outlook.com, state your order number and return reason. Wait for our confirmation, return shipping label and return instructions. Send back the package to the designated address and share the tracking number with us. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
6. Exception Statement Sale items, clearance goods and customized jade accessories are final sales and cannot be returned or exchange
